We stand behind our courses. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we'll provide a full refund - no questions asked.
Upon enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing access information for your purchased course or training program.
If, within 30 days of the purchase date, you determine that the course does not meet your expectations, email us at [email protected]

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds will be issued for the exact amount paid for the course or training program.
No refunds will be processed after live training sessions have begun, except in exceptional circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
As all our courses and materials are delivered digitally, no physical returns are required.
Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
While not directly related to refunds, we understand that schedule conflicts may arise. You may reschedule a live training session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being counted as delivered.
